Academic Report

Assessments​

Academic report is divided into 2. Assessment defines the weight and score obtainable. Example of Assessments:

  • First Continuous Assessment: Weight = 0.15 (15%)
  • Second Continuous Assessment: Weight = 0.15 (15%)
  • Final Exam: Weight = 0.7 (70%) This will total 100%. System validation will prevent admin from creating assessments with weight exceeding 100%.

Grades​

To process grades for a class or subject, staff can:

  • Download a spreadsheet template.
  • Populate the spreadsheet
  • Upload the populated spreadsheet

Teacher and Principal Comment/Approval​

The Principal/headteacher is required to approve before the uploaded grade can be visible to students or the public.
