Manage School Profile
After you have logged in as admin, select settings on the sidebar menu. The dropdown will prevent multiple options, select School Profile. Or you can click on school profile from the tab bar. I'd be happy to provide documentation for the School Profile tab explaining how an administrator can update a school's profile. Here's a step-by-step guide based on the information shown in the images:
Updating the School Profile:

Navigate to Settings:
- From the main dashboard, click on "Settings" in the left sidebar menu.

Access the School Profile tab:
- In the Settings page, you'll see several tabs at the top. Click on the "School Profile" tab.

Update Profile Information:
- The School Profile page allows you to edit various details about your school:
a) Logo Preview: - You can see the current logo displayed here. - To change it, look for an upload or edit option near the logo (not visible in the current view).
b) Mission: - Enter your school's mission statement in the provided text field.
c) Vision: - Input your school's vision statement in the designated text box.
d) Motto: - Add your school's motto in the corresponding field.
e) Banner Preview: - A small preview of the school banner is shown. - To update, look for an upload or edit option near the preview.
f) Contact: - Enter the school's contact information (e.g., "Unity Zone" in the example).
g) Website: - Input the school's official website URL.
h) Social Media: - Add the school's social media links (e.g., Facebook URL).
i) Year Established: - Enter the year the school was founded.
j) School Type: - Select the appropriate school type from the dropdown menu (e.g., High School).
k) Affiliation: - Specify any affiliations the school has (e.g., ESSL in the example).
l) Board: - Enter information about the school's governing board.
m) Facilities: - List the facilities available at the school (e.g., Sports).

Save Changes:
- After updating the necessary information, look for and click on an "Update" or "Save" button to apply the changes. In the image, there's an "Update" button at the bottom of the form.

Confirmation:
- After clicking "Update," the system should save your changes and display a confirmation message.
Remember to review all information for accuracy before saving. If you encounter any issues or need to make further changes, you can always return to this School Profile tab in the Settings section.
